By accessing or using YourSpotApp (the "Service"), including making a booking through the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Using the Service

YourSpotApp provides online booking software for service businesses. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

Bookings, cancellations & no-shows

When you book an appointment, you are reserving a specific time slot. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are set by the individual service business you are booking with. Please review those policies before confirming your appointment. YourSpotApp is the booking platform and is not responsible for the services provided by any individual business.

Demonstration site

This is a live demo of the YourSpotApp platform. Bookings made here exercise the real product, but no service is actually fulfilled. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or rely on any booking made through this demonstration.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and design elements of the Service are owned by YourSpotApp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourSpotApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
